Assistant Manager: Cynthia Aguilar, CAASP®

Cynthia Aguilar has been in the Community Management industry for 5 years in several positions within Oasis.  She has also received training in the industry to obtain her Certified Arizona Association Support Professional (CAASP®).  She excels at managing the day to day in the office including the ever so important tracking and distributing of the Architectural Requests and handling Compliance issues both in and out of the office.  Her duties include answering homeowner phone calls, updating account information, answering billing questions, and assisting with the enforcement of association collection policies and compliance regulations.  Cynthia is a great team player and is always willing to lend a helping hand when needed.
