Assistant Manager: Vianca Ruiz, CAASP® 

Vianca Ruiz has been in the Community Management industry for 4 years in several positions within the Company. She also has received training in the industry to obtain her Certified Arizona Association Support Professional. She works closely with Mary Hernandez & Elizabeth Franco exceling in assisting the day to day duties in the office including the ever so important tracking and distributing of Architectural Requests and handling compliance issues both in and out of the office. Vianca has experience working directly with home builders, the Board of Directors, community committees, and vendors alike. She ensures that owner concerns, questions and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
