President, Finance and Operations: Mary Hernandez CAAM®

Mary Hernandez has gained experience by serving as a community manager for the past 12 years.   With knowledge acquired through experience in managing homeowner associations and extensive training and certification, she is quick to meet the needs of a community.  She also has an extensive accounting background while working at a regional CPA firm that performed Audits and Consulting for Arizona Homeowner Associations.  She has business experience and the expertise of serving on HOA and Non Profit Boards so she brings a perspective “from the other side of the table”.  She works to be certain the board and the homeowners stay in compliance with the CC&Rs and documents of the community and Arizona statutes but with a gentle touch.  Mary has undergone extensive training to achieve her Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM®) designation and maintains this designation through annual CEU credits which includes an Annual Law update.  It is very important to Oasis to provide services with the personal touch while maintaining and abiding by the ethics in which we have committed to through our membership in the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).   With this as a priority, Mary also serves as the Board Chair on the Professional Standards Committee for AACM which works to address any ethics issues of the members of AACM.  This ensures that the membership is held to a higher professional standard in which we believe in at Oasis.
