About

Oasis was founded by Mary Hernandez and owned and operated by Mary Hernandez and Brett Lang. Oasis’ owners are dedicated to the industry and have a long history of service to many types of organizations, including homeowner associations. Through the knowledge gained serving Community Associations as a Manager and while employed at a CPA firm, working in a self managed master planned community, running an international service company, and dedication to several non-profit organization boards, they bring a broad understanding of good business practices, financial responsibility and compliance.

Oasis Community Management strives to bring back the “personal” to personal service. At Oasis, we believe that personal service is the key to our success in serving your community. We work together as a team to serve the Board of Directors and the Association and design customized solutions for your community. All of our managers understand the importance of meeting the needs of the associations they manage and are available to answer questions and respond to your needs. Our managers have the full support of all personnel and will be your main point of contact. We take care to spend the time needed for each association, no matter how large or small.

All of the managers at Oasis are professionals in their chosen career. This dedication will show in the service your community association receives. All of our managers, if not already certified, are trained as soon as possible after their employment in professional association management through the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) in order to receive their Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) designation. We believe this education process is a necessity to ensure that the communities are being managed by a knowledgeable, ethical and professional manager. In addition, we believe our success is dependent upon how happy our employees are. When they are happy and feel successful, this will benefit you in how they serve your needs and meet the needs of the community.

We look forward to serving you, the Board, and the community association that you voluntarily serve.
