Great things are happening behind the scenes! You may have seen the prior notifications that Oasis is currently transitioning to a new and improved software system, Vantaca! This change will be a big improvement in your experience in working with Oasis – but will have some short-term inconveniences. To ensure a smooth changeover, we will be closing the offices on Monday, May 4th and reopening on Wednesday, May 6th at 8:00 AM.

Your prior Association portal will be shut down as of 11:59 pm on April 30th and your account information will be unavailable online. By Wednesday the 6th, you will receive updated portal access details and links to get started!

Payments:

Your Association bank is the same; Sunwest Bank. Continue to mail your payments, either by initiation from your Bank Account or a mailed check to the same address:

If you are signed up for ACH Auto Debits with Oasis, we will pull your money as usual between the 5th and the 10th of May (If you have monthly assessments)

Zego – Anyone registered on Zego can continue making payments.
