Elizabeth Franco has worked in the Community Association Industry for 11 years. She has experience in multiple areas in community management. As a full-time community manager, and after completing the CAAM® certification from Arizona Association of Community Managers), she has had the pleasure of working directly with the Board of Directors and builders alike. She has successfully assisted during the transition of builder to homeowner HOA control with several associations and with construction defect issues with builders. She has also conducted Board trainings for all transitioning communities, including updating Board when a new law has come into effect. Prior to her certification and managing, she has assisted the accounting and administrative duties prior to becoming a full-time community manager. She assisted in the collection process, creating budgets, and preparing community financials. As an Assistant Manager, she assisted in communicating directly with homeowners, gathering proposals from vendors, and assisted on property with the Board.
