Danielle comes to Oasis with 15 years of experience working in Social Services and Nonprofits. Danielle also comes to us as a former trainer at the U-Haul Corporate office where she trained others on customer service and sales. Though Danielle is new to the property management industry her case management experience and customer service experience have come in handy in her new position with Oasis. Her duties include answering homeowner phone calls, updating records and updating our resale disclosure packets. Many times homeowners need to be heard and validated when they bring us concerns. Danielle’s experience in social services brings a new sense of empathy to the communities we serve.
